Terms & Conditions of Registration<\/p>\n

Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

All participants must register through the online registration form. Reservations for workshops or roundtables may be cancelled if full payment is not received in a timely manner, and the space will be released for sale to other delegates. Payment via the online payment system is strongly recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cancellations:<\/p>\n

Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Congress Secretariat (congress@eventsmgt.com<\/a>) on or before August 15, 2013 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:<\/p>\n

• Up to and including August 15 2013: Registration fee will be refunded less $100 administration fee.<\/p>\n

• After August 15 2013: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.<\/p>\n

Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requirements can only be accommodated through advance registration.<\/p>\n
