Instructions for Obtaining Your Continuing Education Credits
Continuing education credits may be obtained by going online where you will first evaluate the speakers and program. For speakers whose presentations you did not attend, select N/A in the evaluation form.
After you submit your speaker and program ratings, your certificate will display on your computer screen.
1. To save the certificate as an electronic file on your computer, select “File, then “Save As”, and save to your computer.
2. To send the certificate (as a PDF) to your email address, select “File, then “Mail Link to this Page”, and you will be brought into your email system.
3. To print out a certificate immediately, select “File”, then “Print”
You must claim your credits by December 22, 2013.
