Terms & Conditions of Registration

Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

All participants must register through the online registration form. Reservations for workshops or roundtables may be cancelled if full payment is not received in a timely manner, and the space will be released for sale to other delegates. Payment via the online payment system is strongly recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.

Cancellations:

Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Congress Secretariat (congress@eventsmgt.com) on or before August 15, 2013 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:

• Up to and including August 15 2013: Registration fee will be refunded less $100 administration fee.

• After August 15 2013: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.

Special Access and Food Requirements:

Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requirements can only be accommodated through advance registration.

Participant must be registered as a Young Scientist member of IATDMCT.

³Day registration includes: morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and access to all symposia, industry workshops, only on the single day registered. Only one day may be attended at this rate – attendance on multiple days requires full registration.

Online Payment: Pay for your registration immediately using the online payment gateway. A confirmation of your payment will be sent to you by PayPal.

Payment by fax or mail: Reservations for workshops, roundtables, and/or social events may be cancelled if full payment is not received in a timely manner, and the space will be released for sale to other delegates. Please contact the office (congress@eventsmgt.com) if you anticipate a delay in forwarding payment for your registration. CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the IATDMCT Office by August 15, 2013. A service charge of $100 will be assessed on all refunds. No refunds will be made after August 15, 2013.
